Credit cards ARE required to schedule an appointment (even if you have a gift certificate). We do require 24 hr. cancellation notice. Your card on file may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service if not 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Of course, we understand last minute emergencies and do our best to extend grace and accommodate however possible. With this, we also ask that you respect our time as a service provider, as we can ALWAYS fill a canceled appointment with another client if given enough notice. We do have 0 tolerance policy for no-show appointments- your card on file WILL be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
